Uploading 3D models and Copyright Policy

By uploading your 3D model to 3D World Club (3Dclub UK) catalog you agree, that all users will get the right to download and use it in accordance with this Terms of Use.
You must use the 3D World Club (3Dclub UK) products and services for lawful purpose only. You must not post or transmit via the 3D World Club (3Dclub UK) any material which violates or infringes in any way the rights of others.
3D World Club (3Dclub UK) doesn't own, doesn't possess the rights and doesn't sell the 3D models uploaded by 3D World Club (3Dclub UK) users. 3D World Club (3Dclub UK) provide service for 3D models exchange only and not responsible for any breach of copyrights or misuse between the registered users of web site. Any uploaded model will be deleted at request of the owner immediately.
Users of 3D World Club (3Dclub UK) are liable and warranted that all uploaded 3D models are their property and they don't infringe any copyrights. 3D World Club (3Dclub UK) keeps complete user information (such as Name, Mail Address and E-Mail) and will provide this information to any another parties for copyright verification purposes at their request. Any uploaded 3D model will be deleted from our catalog at request of the legal owner of 3D model.
If you found that your 3D model was uploaded illegally to 3D World Club (3Dclub UK) catalog, please Contact Us immediately and we'll remove your model within 2 business days.

Registered Users Duties and Rights

Do not tell your registration details to anyone. 3D World Club (3Dclub UK) services are available to you on a strictly individual basis. Disclosure of your registration details giving 3D World Club (3Dclub UK) grounds to fully terminate your service.

Limitation of Liability
